Fried rice and turkey

Here’s a recipe for preparing fried rice and turkey:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 lb cooked turkey, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion, celery, and garlic to the skillet, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the cooked turkey to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the turkey is heated through.
  4. Add the frozen peas and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked white rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through.
  6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute until everything is well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Your fried rice and turkey is ready to be served. You can garnish it with chopped green onions or sliced red chili peppers for added flavor and color.
